Installation and Cleaning
- With our easy and clean installation system, no holes, screws or glues are required. The use of a level tool is recommended for a perfect horizontal alignment.
- Make sure the installation surface is dry, clean and dust and oil free.
- Just peel the velcro back protector layer and press the panel against the installation surface, apply pressure to different areas of the panel to make sure it is thoroughly fixed.
- Follow the detailed installation steps in our instructions manual included with each set.
- Do not install panels in wet areas where excessive moisture is present or areas with direct sunlight exposure like any other indoor fabric.
- To keep your panels beautiful, use just vacuum clean on the fabric and panel joints.

Return Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Once your panels have been mounted, we will not be able to accept your return. If returns are received without its original packaging, which includes the brown cardboard boxes they're shipped in, and the protective packaging around the panels, returns will not be approved. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
